PORT AGENCY

Once an Agency Nomination has been received and prior to the arrival of the Vessel, we will accept the nomination via email, requesting and informing those described below:

DETAILS

• Expected or transported cargo / Port of loading or unloading.
• Immediate shipment of estimated disbursement for Port Payments.
• Port Information and Restrictions.
• Berth Prospect based on the Ship's ETA.
• Permanent update of the docking prospectus at the loading / unloading port, including potential delays.
• Transmission of information to the Captain of the Ship.
• Cruise ships.
• Specialized Boats.

Any relevant information related to the Port will be communicated to the Captain of the Ship. Summarizing the following:

• Coordination for the prompt mooring arrangement.
• Communication of the Norms with local Port Authorities.
• Information about cellar cleaning.
• Complete relevant subject and documentation for local Authorities and Service Providers.
• Maintain the Captain in full knowledge of the Port Program that pertains to the Ship and that may affect its docking.

PROTECTIVE AGENCY

• We will assist the Vessel to ensure that operations do not conflict with the interests of its Shipowner
• Representing our client we will be able to designate the Chartered Agent, in such a way as to have the possibility of supervising expenses and ensuring the lowest possible port cost. We will also be able to control all the reports given that the Chartered Agent will report only to us, thus enabling us to review the accuracy in the release of the information to the interested parties.
• In terms of Clean Cargo, we can supervise anchorage inspections if time permits, to ensure that the ship is in the proper conditions to receive the cargo.
• We will make periodic visits to the ship at the dock to ensure that all requirements are followed and that the attention to the Charterer Agent is satisfactory.
• We may appoint independent inspectors and arrange with the Captain of the Vessel the availability of cash in multiple currencies.
• In the event that the ship does not pass the inspection satisfactorily, we can arrange work on the dock to rectify the problem and get the cargo ready.
• Finally, we will provide a comprehensive report once the visit of the ship is over.
